This role is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys working across both the office and onsite environments, and is happy to travel (roughly once every two weeks, with trips lasting 2–3 nights). Accommodation and living away allowances are fully covered. You’ll be overseeing multiple projects at a time, typically around 10 active sites, scaling up to 20 during peak periods. The average turnaround from build to site is 4 weeks, so speed, structure, and communication are key.

Role and responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting a team that includes a Junior Project Manager and 2 Site Supervisors
• Using Procore and Asana
• Planning and managing delivery for multiple residential sites across QLD
• Overseeing elements such as set-out, stumps, services (power, sewerage), council checks, and defect management

Qualifications and skills:

• A highly experienced, open-minded PM who is proactive, transparent, and leads with care
• Must have 5 years experience in the residential building space
• QBCC license is preferred
• Comfortable with regional travel (with all expenses covered)
