🌿 Cook Wanted | Wholefoods Café & Tonic Bar Relaunch 🌿
Location: Manly Beach, Sydney
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time 4-5 days /wk (mornings-early afternoon)

Manly Farm is relaunching with an exciting new hospitality concept – combining a relaxed market café feel with a wholefoods-focused all-day brunch and tonic bar experience. We’re looking for a passionate and skilled cook to help bring this vision to life!

🍽 What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting in the creation and development of a new, seasonal all-day wholefood menu

Cooking nourishing delicious meals which not only taste amazing but look amazing too!

Showcasing Australian-grown produce, native herbs and spices, and gluten-free treats

Batch prepping for clean freezer meals, pre-prepped bulk ingredients, occasional catering orders

👩‍🍳 Who We're Looking For:

A cook with experience in TASTY wholefoods cooking, & aesthetic flair on how plated goods look

Strong understanding of café kitchen operations, including bulk prep, stock rotation, and time management

Confident managing commercial kitchen inventory, budgeting, and food cost efficiencies (using Square/Excel)

Excited by innovation, with a collaborative spirit and independant work ethic to help deliver a vibrant and health-focused hospitality environment
