Position Overview:
As a Roofing Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of commercial roofing and cladding projects—from initial planning to final delivery. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the planning, execution, and completion of roofing and cladding projects.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, materials, and workforce allocation.

Coordinate the ordering and delivery of materials for internal teams and subcontractors.

Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company procedures.

Lead pre-planning meetings with site teams to align on project flow and efficiency.

Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Identify and resolve project challenges or delays promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in commercial roofing and cladding installation.

In-depth knowledge of roofing systems including Long Run Metal, Insulated Panels, and Architectural Profiles.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in project management software/tools is an advantage.
