Our menu features a diverse range of traditional dishes crafted with the finest ingredients and spices. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our culinary team.

As the Chef, you will lead the culinary team in delivering an exceptional dining experience that showcases the rich and diverse flavours. The role will be pivotal in maintaining the authenticity of traditional dishes while introducing innovative elements that resonate with the guests.

Responsibilities include:

Work in with our team to create a diverse menu that reflects authentic middle eastern cuisine, incorporating regional specialties and seasonal ingredients.

Kitchen operations, ensuring timely and high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Manage food inventory, order supplies, and monitor food costs to maintain profitability.

Regularly inspect dishes to ensure consistency in flavour, texture, and presentation.

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.

Interact with guests to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction, accommodating special dietary requests when necessary.

Must have dough making and pizza stretching skills

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.

Implement sustainable practices in the kitchen, such as minimising food waste and sourcing locally.

Qualifications:

Should have at least two (2) years of experience in a similar setting.

Must hold a Certificate III and IV, and a Diploma in a relevant field.
