The Opportunity
We are seeking a senior Associate Director to join our leadership team. You will bring your own active mission or client engagement and quickly develop your own portfolio within the firm. This is a unique chance to lead high-value advisory assignments and shape your own branch or offering within a dynamic, growing consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver strategic project management advisory including PMO, governance, risk management, and contract advisory

Bring and grow an active client mission or portfolio within Orlade

Lead and mentor project teams on complex infrastructure and capital projects

Support business growth through sector expertise and client development

About You

12-20 years’ experience in project management consulting or delivery leadership

Proven track record of independently leading complex engagements and business development

Strong network in sectors including Construction, Infrastructure, Energy, Mining, Oil & Gas, Government, Water, Electricity, Rail, Transport, Defence, or Health

Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership skills and client focus
