This is your chance to take the helm of a dynamic kitchen in a venue that’s as loved for its food as it is for its location. Reporting to the Venue Manager and Group Executive Chef, you’ll bring a passion for fast-paced service, consistency, and the creativity to keep our menu fresh and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the strategic direction of the kitchen, from menu design to execution;

Lead, mentor and develop a passionate and professional kitchen team;

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including cost control, and compliance;

Collaborate with senior management on food innovation, events, and improving guest experiences;

Recruitment and training of kitchen staff;

Supporting career growth and development, to ensure the continual success of the business;

Ensure compliance of internal policies and procedures and the relevant statutory requirements; and

Foster and develop a high performing culture within your kitchen team, built on respect, passion, development inclusion and education/training.

About You:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Head Chef role;

Minimum Certificate 3 in Cookery achieved;

Extensive experience in leading a fast paced, high-volume kitchen;

Confident/proven experience with managing financials including costings and development of budgets;

Experience with Buy Force and Safe Food Pro an advantage; and

Passionate leader with the ability to guide and mentor your team!
