A rare, part-time Claims Consultant role specialising in Trade Credit. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a National Company in their office in the Eastern Suburbs. Work with a team of Insurance Brokers assisting clients through their claims.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Analyse and investigate trade credit claims to determine their validity and potential for recovery
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners
• Prepare and submit claims to relevant authorities and negotiate settlements
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes
• Manage and maintain accurate records and reports

We are looking for someone with:

• 2+ years of experience in trade credit claims or a related field
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
