Are you an experienced insurance professional ready to take on a senior-level challenge in a supportive and high-performing national team? We're on the lookout for a Senior Claims Consultant to join a leading insurance brokerage group on a 12-month temporary contract, with strong potential for a permanent position at the end of the term.

About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you’ll be managing complex Commercial Property and Liability claims from lodgement to finalisation, ensuring timely responses and exceptional service. You’ll act as a trusted advocate for clients, handle escalated matters, and contribute to a collaborative national claims environment.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• End-to-end management of Commercial Property and Liability claims
• Act as an escalation point for complex or high-value claims
• Deliver timely, clear, and empathetic communication to clients
• Advocate for clients throughout the claims process
• Collaborate with a high-performing national claims team
• Ensure all claims are handled in line with company standards and compliance requirements

We are looking for someone with:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property and liability claims
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage claims independently and professionally
• A client-first mindset with strong attention to detail
