We’re working with a leading multidisciplinary architecture and design studio to find a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer with a strong portfolio in healthcare and institutional design. This award-winning practice combines design rigour with a human-centric approach, delivering environments that prioritise wellness, connection, and long-term impact. This role offers the chance to take a leading position on significant health and community projects, contributing to all stages from concept to construction while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with consultants and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of interior packages across large-scale healthcare and institutional projects

Collaborate with senior architects and consultants in workshops and presentations

Produce detailed documentation from concept through to construction

Curate material and FF&E selections, ensuring alignment with project vision

Coordinate consultants, manage budgets, and oversee project delivery

Support and mentor junior team members across multiple projects

Skills & Experience

Degree-qualified in Interior Design or Architecture

12+ years of industry experience, with a strong healthcare design portfolio

Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate consultant teams

Advanced skills in Revit, Enscape, dROFUS, Adobe Suite, and 3D modelling tools

In-depth knowledge of NCC and relevant Australian standards

Excellent time management, documentation, and communication skills
