Lowe Design & Build have been designing and building custom homes and luxury townhouses for over 40 years. Our talented and professional team work together delivering a 'full service' to our clients - from concept through planning, design and construction to the handover of the home of our client's dreams. And we love it!

It's time now to add a Senior Interior Designer to our team - someone who loves their work and is as proud of it as we are! You will be leading an already effective Interiors team and working closely with the broader team from construction, project management, sales and marketing. We are all one team!

To be in contention for this role, you will need to have both a successful track record and the appropriate qualifications. A Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture plus a minimum of 10 years postgraduate experience in residential design are base-line requirements. You will also need to be able to demonstrate that you have strong residential documentation and design skills, and we would strongly prefer you to have proficiency in ArchiCAD.

As important as your experience and qualifications are your interpersonal skills and attributes. This is a 'people position' - you will need a well-developed ability to communicate effectively and positively with team members, clients, and suppliers and take a collaborative approach to design and teamwork. We work hard at what we do because we like to do it well, so being able to work under pressure and meet weekly deadlines whilst still maintaining careful attention to detail is an essential quality.

As a committed and experienced professional, you will have the confidence and communication skills to share your perspectives and knowledge both internally and even sometimes to a wider audience through our marketing media.
