Their commercial HVAC maintenance division is exploding. With national contracts, new tenders rolling in constantly, and an operations team that delivers what you sell — you’re walking into a business where your job is simple: win work, bring in opportunities, and grow.
What you’ll be doing:
Drive growth — bring energy, revenue and new opportunities into the QLD branch
Win projects — identify, target, and secure commercial HVAC maintenance contracts
Own your patch — become the go-to person for Facilities Managers, Asset Managers, FM groups, Property Developers, Government Procurement and Builders
Collaborate — work closely with in-house estimators, service teams & delivery teams who execute exactly what you sell
Uplift the branch — bring leadership, strategy, and an owner's mindset into a high-performing but growth-hungry division
Strategic tenders — manage major tender responses for long-term national maintenance contracts

What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in an external sales or business development role (HVAC, technical services, trade services or facilities sector preferred)
A track record of hitting and surpassing KPIs and revenue targets — you're used to being in the top % of your team
Strong knowledge of the commercial property, facilities management, or service contract sectors
Experience managing mid-to-long sales cycles and navigating tenders, proposals, and negotiations
Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders — Facilities Managers, Asset Managers, FM companies, and Government buyers
High levels of self-motivation, energy, and accountability — you drive your own success
Someone who thrives when backed — and delivers when trusted
Salary Expectations:
$110k - $130k + Super + Car + Commissions
