The applicant must have:

• 2 years' experience in property or yacht maintenance and detailed cleaning and clothing care.
• Show attention to detail.
• Be well presented and have a friendly nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a team as well as working unsupervised.
• Ability to work safely.
• Ability to use initiative and organise tasks.
• Willing to take direction and complete all tasks efficiently.
• Professional & reliable work ethic. Trustworthy.
