Direct Collective is a fast-growing serviced apartment & permanent rentals chain with complexes located throughout Queensland. We are currently seeking a reliable and hard working Full-time Public Ara cleaner and Caretaker for our Maroochydore complex, Rhythm on Beach.

Working 5 days per week at 8 hours per day predominantly Monday to Friday, we are seeking someone who knows their way around cleaning equipment, chemicals, a toolbox, garden, pool and can learn quickly and be comfortable working autonomously.

To shine in this position, we are looking for someone with energy and a positive attitude. Good time management and meticulous attention to detail is essential.

Reporting to the Complex Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and appearance of the property and its grounds are of a high standard. Ideally you will have experience with basic preventative maintenance programs.

This role calls for someone who is physically fit and someone who has an assertive approach to workplace health and safety and will go the extra mile to provide a positive guest experience.

This role is a hands-on role and among other tasks, the successful applicant will manage the following duties;

Maintain all grounds of the complex.

Assist gardener in upkeep of garden beds and lawns throughout the complex.

Clean all walkways and driveways within the complex.

Clean and maintain all common areas within the buildings and grounds of the complex.

Maintain pool, public toilets and BBQ area. (Professional Pool cleaner engaged weekly)

Waste management throughout the complex including rotating bins, putting bins out for collection, bringing bins in after collection, regularly cleaning of bins and bin areas etc

Report any areas of concern to the Complex Manager immediately.

Complete general handyman duties

All other tasks as per caretaking agreement and direction from management.
