About the role

Better Call Kel is a home maintenance and renovation service, which is in the Toowoomba area. We are looking for a reliable and skilled maintenance person, to join us on either a full time or part time basis depending on the applicants. As the successful team member you will be responsible for provision of general maintenance and handyperson services for our customers.

The role requires:-

· Performance of general maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including, but not restricted to some painting and carpentry repair work.

· Responding promptly to tenant maintenance requests and work orders, provided to you by the business.

· Maintaining a high level of workmanship and attention to detail.

· Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

What we are looking for:

· Experience in general maintenance and handyperson services

· Strong practical skills

· Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

· A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively either independently or as a team

· A valid driver's licence
