With a strong local reputation for quality and reliability, they are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator or an aspiring Project Manager to contribute to their continued success and growth.

Your new role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work in a tight-knitted team that prides itself on running multiple commercial projects ranging from $1M to $25M across both the private and public sectors. In this fast and dynamic role, your main responsibilities will be:

• Managing variations, EOT and claims for additional payments
• Developing and procuring subcontractor trade packages
• Quality Assurance and Project Documentation
• Track project financial forecast and assist with cost reporting
• Take the lead in the delivery of minor projects with support from the Project Manager

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor's Degree in Construction or related discipline is desirable.
• Demonstrated experience working as a Contract Administrator or Project Engineer
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills
• Understanding of construction processes and requirements
• A team-first attitude.
