Overview

• Working for a large Not-for-Profit organisation who provide a range of Aged Care, NDIS & Disability, Child & Family services)
• Work from their Orange, Dubbo or Bathurst offices
• To commence ASAP ideally
• Working full-time hours (Monday to Friday)
• 3-month interim role, with a possible extension or Temp-to-Perm conversion
• Paying between $55 to $80 per hour + super
• Providing leadership to around 16-18 staff within rostering

About You
To be considered, you will have:

• significant working experience OR qualifications in: Rostering, Scheduling, Administration, Community Services or similar
• previous experience managing/supervising staff within Rostering/Scheduling
• experience working within Health Care, Aged Care, Disability Care or Community Care sectors – would be beneficial
• Previous experience using CTARS, Easy Employer or other rostering systems would be beneficial
