Your role will include:
– Functional assessments, intervention planning, and capacity building
– Recommending home modifications and assistive technology
– Supporting older clients with Home Care Packages and community support
– Collaborating with care managers, physios, and nurses
– Empowering clients and families through education and guidance

What you’ll bring:
– AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
– Experience or a strong interest in aged care or community-based roles
– Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
– A client-centred approach and a passion for enhancing quality of life
