ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a JJ’s HCV Mechanic, you will play an integral role within our workshop team in the Mount Isa Depot.

You will be conducting all workshop activities of preventative maintenance and repair of heavy rigid vehicles to the highest of standards whilst ensuring efficient workflows, safety compliance, and the timely completion of tasks to minimise downtime.

You will additionally be actively involved in the tuition, mentoring and assessment of apprentices.

Have trade qualifications as a HCV Mechanic - Heavy Commercial Vehicles

Demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail

Ability to mentor and coach apprentices

Complete pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing

HR licence

Demonstrate a professional and outcome focus

Work well individually and as part of a team

Want to be part of a culture of learning and continuous improvement
