We do more than collect the bin from your street we also; convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Ready to take your skills to the next level? Join our team as a Light Vehicle Mechanic and gain valuable experience working on Heavy Vehicles.
We’ll support your upskilling journey every step of the way—providing the training, mentoring, and resources you need to become Heavy Vehicle certified.
You will report to the Workshop Manager and will be conducting all facets of preventative maintenance and repair of heavy rigid vehicles including brakes, steering, suspension, hydraulics, and fabrication.
We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.

We will work with you to ensure you get Work/Life Balance and career progression.
The successful candidate must be willing to undergo12 months onsite training to complete AURSS00036 Heavy Commercial Vehicle Skill Set for Light Vehicle Technicians. Upon completing the training, you will receive an increase on your base hourly rate.
ABOUT YOU
Have trade qualifications as a Light Vehicle Mechanic – with desire to upskill to a Heavy Commercial Vehicle
Manual car licence
HR licence (preferred, not essential)
Forklift licence (preferred, not essential
Have a good mechanical aptitude
Demonstrate a professional and outcome focus
Work well individually and as part of a team
Demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail
Complete pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
Want to be part of a culture of learning and continuous improvement
Be dedicated and reliable; we are an essential services industry
Demonstrate the ability to build rapport and relationships with all stakeholders
Be dedicated to achieving high standards of safety compliance and customer service
