Due to a recent vacancy, we’re looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Administration team
About the role:
Quicklift Crane Hire has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices and the collection of payments whilst maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Alongside accounts receivable duties, this role is responsible for the management of our staff inductions. This is a critical function within the business as we operate in a high compliance industry across multiple work sites and it is essential our company & staff are fully inducted prior to site entry.
What you'll be doing
Accounts Receivable duties:
Creating & issuing customer invoices and monitoring accounts receivable
Maintain a strong collections process
Updating customer accounts, monitoring of credit limits & risks
Tracking & processing incoming payments
Customer onboarding & establishing of credit accounts
Communicating with customers regarding payments & queries
Weekly & monthly reporting obligations
Staff inductions & compliance duties:
Scheduling required staff training on key contracts
Co-ordinating staff site inductions & documentation
Monitoring subscription platforms
General administration tasks:
Front counter enquiries
Mail collection
Ordering of stationery
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role
Highly organised individual with the ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing workloads
Previous experience with Simpro or Xero would be an advantage
