APS2 Passport Production Officer - 12 Months Duration- $39.44 ph+super

I am partnering with a Federal Government Department who are looking for a enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Passport Production Officer.

Your new role

• Management and distribution of high volume of mail and correspondence
• Perform high-speed and accurate data entry, document preparation, scanning, personalisation, crop, document/photo exceptions re-work
• Analyse paper-based passport applications to online forms (as required)
• Provide administrative support in relation to and prior to the issue of Australian travel documents, with guidance as required
• Assist in the travel document production workflow, i.e.: ensure data quality prior to the issue of Australian travel documents
• Undertake Quality Assurance of travel document application forms prior to print travel documents
• Meet deadlines, required work outputs and performance expectations in line with APO Performance Frameworks
• Apply attention to detail, accuracy and produce high quality work in line with APO Quality thresholds.

• MUST be an Australian citizen to be eligible
• Strong data entry skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to analyse numerical and written information
• Ability to do repetitive tasks on a daily basis
• Reliable and adaptable to respond to changes in workloads and priorities.
