Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a solicitor.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, on-site role (with the option to move to hybrid work after probation). As a Senior Family Lawyer, you will:

Manage a caseload of files, including Family, Commercial and Criminal matters.

Represent clients in court, draft legal documents, and provide tailored legal advice.

Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients.

Work both autonomously and as part of a supportive legal team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Lead and manage their files, ensuring high standards of legal service and professional conduct.

• Oversee and handle a caseload of complex matters.

• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and stakeholders.

• Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.

• Represent clients in court, mediation, and other legal proceedings as necessary.

• Contribute to business development initiatives and the firm's growth strategy.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in Family Law and/or Commercial Law.

• Proven track record of handling complex legal cases and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.

• Strong leadership, communication, emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• A strong desire for professional growth development and upskilling.
