Run legal cases for clients seeking their entitlement from the estate of their loved ones:

negotiate and claim: focus on success

build rapport with clients, engender trust and commitment

plan your litigation work and strategy for maximum impact and greatest success

run your files with support from other team members

manage and attend mediations, using barristers

utilise your time management skills, meeting deadlines

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have a combination of the following skills:

· 1 to 5 years experience as a Solicitor;

· Experienced in wills/estates, other comparable areas e.g. family law, or other litigation

· Prepared to think out of the box, and work as part of a team, and with the Principal

· Be self-motivated, time focussed, and skilled in working with electronic files; and

· Aim to deliver top, personalised service, to achieve the best results.
