The Opportunity
Are you ready to make an impact in our newly opened Reformer/Pilates studio?
As the Reformer Pilates Studio Coordinator at UWA Sport, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our studio, ensuring the delivery of high-quality classes that deliver a memorable customer experience. You will coordinate the studio environment maximising it's use, maintain operational procedures (including safe practices), supervise staff, and promote positive customer interactions.
This is a part-time position, 25 hours per week with the opportunity to grow.
About You
You are a dynamic and experienced coordinator with a passion for fitness and customer service and a proven track record in studio facility management, particularly within the Reformer Pilates industry.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and work well within a team environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality programs.
You are highly adaptable, proactive, and thrive in dynamic settings and are committed to creating a positive experience for clients and supporting day-to-day studio success.
Essential
Reformer and Mat Pilates qualification
First Aid Certificate
CPR Certificate
National Police Clearance
