About the role

Infinite Ability is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team in Morley, WA. This part-time position will play a crucial role in providing personalised support to individuals with disabilities, helping them navigate the NDIS and access the services and resources they need to live independently and reach their goals.

What you'll be doing

Assisting NDIS Participants implementing and navigating their NDIS plans

Coordinating and monitoring the delivery of support services to ensure they align with participant's goals

Collaborating with service providers, therapists, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated care to the participants

Providing ongoing support to participants connecting them in mainstream and funded supports.

Maintaining detailed records and documentation in line with NDIS requirements

Assist in resolving points of crisis and developing capacity and resilience within the participant's network.

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as social work, disability studies, or allied health

Minimum 2 years' experience as a NDIS Support Coordinator or similar role

Thorough understanding of the NDIS and the ability to navigate the scheme effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients

Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to think creatively to achieve client outcomes

Highly organized with the ability to manage a complex caseload

Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities
