Refrigeration Technician – Immediate Start | Sydney-Based

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our Sydney-based team during an exciting period of sustained growth.

This full-time position offers immediate start and is ideal for a motivated technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality service and technical excellence.

About the Role

As part of our dynamic and professional team, your role will include:

Installation and commissioning of refrigeration systems

Field servicing, fault diagnosis, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration units

Providing reliable technical support both independently and collaboratively

Maintaining strong communication and customer service standards

Completing detailed service reports

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out project work and system installations

Diagnosing and repairing faults in critical cooling environments

Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and procedures

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Managing service calls efficiently and professionally

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

A current Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL)

A current Australian driver’s licence

A White Card (Construction Induction Certificate)

Solid experience with fault finding and servicing refrigeration sytems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to safety and quality standards

The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
