About the role
CBRE is seeking a talented Day Technician - AC & Refrigeration to join our team in Huntingwood, NSW. This is a full-time position Maximum Term, responsible for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, primarily servicing data centers. As a key member of our Trades & Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliable operation of critical infrastructure.
What you'll be doing
Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting to identify and resolve system issues
Complete repairs and replacements of components as required
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed
Collaborate with the wider team to optimise system performance and efficiency
Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Minimum 3 years' experience as an AC & Refrigeration Technician, preferably servicing data centers or other mission-critical facilities
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills to quickly identify and resolve system issues
Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality outcomes
Sound knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
