As a WA-owned and operated design & construction business, AUSPAN delivers large-scale industrial, agricultural and mining projects across the state. With strong project demand ahead, we’re looking for a capable Supervisor who’s just as passionate about doing the work as they are about building capability in others.

About the role:

Supervise day-to-day site earthworks on AUSPAN projects

Operate plant & equipment across a range of tasks

Coach and support an inexperienced team with on-the-job training

Ensure quality, safety and project timelines are met

Work closely with Project Managers to deliver efficient site outcomes

What You’ll Bring

Strong experience in civil earthworks and machine operation

Confident leading small crews and mentoring junior team members

Clear communicator with a calm, “get it done” approach

A high standard of safety awareness and accountability

HR licence, tickets and relevant VOCs (advantageous)
