About the Company & Role:
Our client is a well-established and very successful civil engineering construction company with a particular focus on working with land developers across the state. Over the years they’ve formed great relationships with their clients and they’ve good an outstanding reputation.
The role will see you responsible for overseeing, planning, scheduling, and offering support to your team on site, and ensuring the entire scope of works are carried out professionally and safely. The role is very well supported by the Project Manager and a Contract Administrator allowing the Supervisor to be focused on the core function of their role.

Experience Required:

• 2+ years of experience working as a Supervisor on land development, drainage or road construction projects
• Good understanding of the land subdivision process, including planning, scheduling and delivery of projects.
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings
• Effective and articulate communication skills
• Must hold a current manual driver license.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical.
