💰 $32.10/hr + Commission

The Automotive Group (TAG) are proud to be market leaders in our industry, driven by a successful and continually expanding sales program. We're currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our growing business.
This is a field-based role where you'll coach, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Service/Sales Consultants working across a range of car service departments within your allocated region.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily field visits to support and guide staff in multiple service department locations
Coach and develop a high-performing team of customer service and sales professionals
Drive sales outcomes and ensure a positive customer experience
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and contribute to ongoing process improvement
Assist with Incentives/Rewards
Filling in for Sales Staff during Vacancies, Leave and Sick Leave
What You’ll Bring:
Leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in a customer-facing or automotive setting (not required by desirable)
A confident, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
Well presented & Professional at all time.
Sales and customer service mindset
A current driver’s licence and ability to work independently across locations
