Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a proactive mindset and a passion for supporting team success? We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join our Finance team at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute (MCRI)!
In this vital support role, you'll be at the heart of our operations—managing records, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring that documentation is accurate and efficiently handled. This is an on-site position during standard office hours, with flexibility within those hours to suit your schedule
Your responsibilities include:
- Scan, file, and archive documents in line with MCRI's records management policies.
- Help organise and digitise finance and HR-related historical records.
- Provide reliable, day-to-day admin support to the Finance team.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in managing sensitive documents.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members to support seamless operations.
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and positive workplace.
