About you

Are you passionate about road safety and community engagement? We're seeking a dedicated L2P Support Officer to lead our volunteer-driven driving program that provides support to Learner Drivers to achieve their required supervised driving hours and create safe, confident and responsible P platers.

You will:

Have strong communication, advocacy, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders and community leaders.

Will be highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage time, priorities, and pressure effectively.

Hold relevant qualifications/experience in youth or community services, with required licences and checks.

About the role

This role ensures the TAC L2P Program is delivered in line with funding agreements, policies, and best practice standards. It involves managing volunteers, learners, vehicles, reporting, and stakeholder relationships.

8 hours per week - day/s flexible

Annual pro rata salary $73,785 -$84,228 / $37.34 - $42.62 per hour

Tasks include:

Recruit, screen, and match volunteer mentors and eligible learners.

Oversee reporting, funding applications, vehicle management, and issue resolution.

Maintain communication with stakeholders and support program governance.
