Position: Hebel Supervisor

💰 Remuneration: Competitive salary commensurate with experience (Annual salary $80,000 plus super)

We are a well-established and rapidly expanding residential construction company with a strong reputation for quality and reliability. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Hebel Supervisor to join our team and lead Hebel installation activities across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the coordination and execution of Hebel panel installation on-site

Supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification

Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and company quality standards

Manage daily site operations, material deliveries, and workflow scheduling

Proactively resolve site issues and provide technical support to the team

Report project progress to the Project Manager and assist with on-site documentation

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Hebel or similar wall systems

Strong understanding of residential construction and building codes

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Current White Card and valid driver’s licence are essential

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Highly Regarded

Mandarin language skills

Own transport and basic tools (vehicle allowance available)
