Therapie is well established, award winning and thriving business in Daisy Hill. We provide a range of targeted and solutions based skin treatments and brow services.

We are a client focused skin clinic committed to working with out clients to acheive their dream skin through customised treatment plans delivered by a caring and professional team who love to provide amazing treatments and results.

We are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Salon Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated beauty professional who thrives on delivering an exceptional customer experience and is ready to join us to lead and inspire our team.

This role will combine hands on support to our Front of House team and well as training, nurturing and empowering our team of high performing therapists to become their best and delivering an exception experience for their clients.

To be an ideal candidate you will have leadership experience working in a busy team environment and the ability to think on your feet at times.

As our ideal candidate, you have experience:

*Stong leadership skills and the ability to engage and develop a positive workplace culture

*Financial Performance of the Clinic, including achieving the Clinics weekly targets and KPI's, forecasting and roster management.

*Recruiting and onboarding of new team members, training, developing and up-skilling of our team to maintain service standards as we introduce our new wellness services.

*You have availability to work some evenings and rotating Saturdays.

*You have extensive experience as a Beauty Therapist yourself
