TCLH, A national leader in specialist remote hospitality services, is seeking a motivated and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage an exciting new national contract to support a Tier 1 resources company. This role will see you manage the flow of project/s from mobilisation to completion, acting as the key link between clients, suppliers and stakeholders, overseeing all the contract in its entirety.

This role will be based from our Head Office in Bundall, Gold Coast.

DUTIES INVOLVED

Oversee and manage a high profile, multi-year contract, across various states and locations

Responsible for managing contract execution, ensuring all parties fulfil their contractual obligations, and maintaining detailed records

Ensuring contract compliance through HSE, regulations, compliance and organisational policies

Develop customised reporting for all direct reports in order to maintain visibility of key portfolio metrics / targets and KPIs.

Accountable for monthly portfolio / P & L performance, results and reporting on contract criteria including external reports to key stakeholders

Collaborate closely with executive and senior leadership teams

Maintain excellent-open communication, including building and maintaining working relationships with key supply chain, local businesses and major accounts.

Be the primary point of contact for clients, account managers and stakeholders during the life of contract/project by maintaining clear and regular communication and cultivating a trusting and healthy relationships

Attend our remote sites as required to oversee, observe, support and improve operational excellence and delivery

Maintain excellent customer and working relationships with key supply-chain, local businesses and major accounts

Supporting Senior Management and leadership team around project planning and procurement including assisting with quoting, scheduling, project documentation during peak workloads or absences

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Experience as a Contracts Manager, Commercial Manager, Project Manager or General Manager with sound commercial acumen would be highly advantageous

Proven leadership and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive major projects or initiatives with clear vision and direction

Hands-on mindset and confidence attending remote job sites or supplier premises

Extensive knowledge and experience in risk management, compliance and contract administration

Recommending improvements to contract management processes and systems

Strong understanding of budgets, P&L, and contract management planning with knowledge of financial and accounting principles, and the ability to use or quickly learn systems like HubSpot, Excel and Asana

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative management style and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships

Good working knowledge, experience and comprehension of safety related issues as well as relevant Awards and Agreements

Experience and understanding of the hospitality, resources, defence and oil & gas sectors is beneficial

Current National or Federal Police Clearance and the ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol screening to allow for site visits
