About the role
Support a busy team of agents with day to day administration and campaign coordination. You will manage marketing workflows, streamline internal systems, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Duties
• Coordinate agent diaries and daily schedules
• Launch marketing campaigns and manage key deadlines
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and conveyancers
• Prepare documentation and support sales compliance
• Review admin processes and recommend improvements

Skills & experience
• Experience in real estate or high-volume admin
• Strong coordination and time management skills
• Tech-savvy and confident using CRMs and cloud systems
• Professional, proactive and process-driven
• Excellent written and verbal communication
