THE ROLE

We’re looking for a part-time Content Creator who’s hungry to help build a brand. You’ll work closely with Mark to pump out viral, high-impact finance content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

You'll be:

Editing short-form reels (podcast clips, direct-to-camera, street vox pops)

Creating graphic carousels and story templates (think Gary Vee, Wall Street Trapper)

Making whiteboard-style explainers punchy and clear

Publishing posts, writing short captions, and scheduling via Creator Studio or Metricool

Suggesting hooks, headlines and viral formats based on trends

Optional bonus: helping with basic filming (if Sydney-based)

YOU'LL NEED:

Proven experience editing Reels/TikToks (must include examples with captions, transitions, B-roll)

Strong graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe suite – you know how to make it pop)

A feel for pacing, storytelling, and what makes content go viral

Comfortable using tools like CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva

Eye for trends – you know what’s working on social this week

Reliable, fast, clear communicator

Ideally: passionate about money, mindset, self-improvement or content creation
