About You

Your Day-to-Day
Deliver fast, friendly, and helpful support to our clients
Be the first point of contact for support calls and tickets
Provide advanced remote troubleshooting
Keep documentation clear and up to date
Monitor our RMM dashboard and apply fixes
Complete regular scheduled/automated maintenance tasks
Work both remotely and onsite (60% office / 40% on-site around Adelaide)
What You Bring
Strong communication skills (you speak both “geek” and “human”)
2+ years' experience in a similar role supporting Microsoft environments
Confident troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking
Experience maintaining OS, business apps, printing and network systems
A desire to deliver an amazing client experience
Adaptability in the fast-changing world of IT
Bonus points if you know your way around Halo PSA, 3CX, or Ubiquiti gear
Requirements
Australian Resident
Valid Driver’s Licence
