We are seeking a highly resourceful and technically skilled Service Technician with over 10 years of hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial induction heating machines and automation equipment. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in working with CNC, PLC, HMI, Servo Drives, and Robotics, coupled with exceptional analytical and communication skills. Experience with travelling to site is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the commissioning and installation of induction-based machinery across domestic customer sites.

Provide onsite and remote support for troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and automation issues, including CNC, PLC, and servo systems.

Perform mechanical maintenance, wiring, and testing of induction heating equipment and associated power systems.

Conduct retrofit and refurbishment activities at client locations to modernize or restore existing machinery.

Oversee annual maintenance of various equipment including:

Induction heating equipment

Thermal cutting machines

ERW tube rolling machines and associated equipment

Other high automation machines

Plan and supervise site upgrades while ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and regulations.

Monitor on-site performance including cost, resource allocation, and quality; proactively resolve issues to maintain project timelines.

Liaise with clients regularly to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing project progress, issues, and resolutions.

Collaborate with the Sales team to promote and support parts sales for customers.

Key Skills & Competencies:

In-depth technical knowledge of induction heating systems

Strong experience with CNC programming, PLC operations/modifications, and servo systems

Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings

Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Proficient in customer support, both onsite and remotely

Strong planning, reporting, and team coordination abilities

Effective interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels

Willingness and ability to travel internationally
