The Opportunity
Join a leading Federal Government Department at the forefront of digital transformation in healthcare. We are seeking a high-performing Business Analyst to support complex Digital Health initiatives. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-impact outcomes that improve service delivery and policy design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate workshops, JADs, and interviews to gather and refine requirements.
• Create key BA artefacts: risk assessments, process maps, business cases, and options papers.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including ICT, health SMEs, architects, and legal advisors.
• Analyse and translate regulatory, fraud, or policy frameworks into functional specifications.
• Engage stakeholders to co-design efficient, data-driven, and user-centred solutions.
• Work proactively to manage your workload and deliver against tight project milestones.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Federal Government programs or regulated domains.
• Strong background in digital transformation, fraud system uplift, or identity/authentication platforms (e.g., MyGov ID, RAM).
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation across policy, ICT, and operational teams.
• Confident producing future-state recommendations, options analysis, and end-user documentation.
• Familiar with frameworks such as AGIS, TDIF, or digital trust standards (desirable).
