Our digitally focused Federal client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a contract starting in July 2025.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather user needs and business requirements, identifying opportunities for service improvements;
• Work closely with our Architects, developers and vendors to provide input and development of High-Level Designs, Detailed Designs, as well as standard operating procedures and cloud and security assessment input;
• Work across multiple areas, such as BAU work for support and maintenance on existing products as well as projects within the Digital Services For Business Branch team.

Selection Criteria:

Proven experience collaborating closely with UX teams to integrate user experience considerations into technical solutions from the early stages of development.

Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in teams delivering websites and external-facing web services, with a solid understanding of modern web design principles, including responsiveness and accessibility standards.
