About the role:
Healthscope is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-loving team player to join our People, Culture and Engagement (PC&E) team. This role is all about helping our people initiatives land seamlessly and successfully across the business. From planning and coordination to communication and reporting, you'll support a variety of people-focused programs - no two days will look the same. If you're someone who enjoys variety, thrives on making things run smoothly, and loves being the go-to person who keeps everything on track, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work closely with our Head of People Delivery and Analytics and collaborate across a number of exciting focus areas, including Culture, Engagement, Talent, Leadership, Learning and more. It's a great opportunity to build broad experience in a supportive, people-first team.
Key Responsibilities include
· Support the delivery of PC&E initiatives with planning, coordination, and communication activities
· Organise training sessions, workshops, meetings, and events - both virtual and in-person
· Draft and manage communications that help people initiatives land effectively across the business
· Analyse data and feedback to generate insights and write clear, concise reports
· Maintain PC&E team spaces, intranet pages, and Microsoft Teams channels for efficient collaboration
· Manage admin processes including vendor liaison, invoice tracking, and distribution list upkeep
· Provide timely support to leaders and team members with a strong customer service mindset
· Help drive effective governance and smooth operations within the PC&E function
