About the Role: This role sits within a high-performing analytics function focused on enabling key strategic insights across multiple customer channels. You’ll play a crucial part in uncovering operational inefficiencies, identifying opportunities, and delivering scalable, data-driven solutions with real business impact.

Reporting into a senior manager (with plans for the role to sit under the Head of Analytics), you’ll work across a wide range of business stakeholders to provide actionable insights, improve customer experiences, and drive performance. You'll also mentor junior team members and help shape the way data is used across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship to junior analysts, supporting their development.

Your Background:

We’re looking for a curious and business-savvy data professional who enjoys untangling complexity and making a measurable difference. You’ll likely bring:

• A relevant degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, IT, Business, or a related field.
  
  
• Proven experience synthesising large datasets into strategic insights.
  
  
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  
  
• Experience using tools like Databricks (or similar platforms).
  
  
• A passion for continuous improvement and innovation in analytics.
  
  
• Experience in customer-facing or contact centre environments (highly regarded).
  
  
• The ability to work comfortably in ambiguity and across a range of business functions.
  
  
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a collaborative mindset.
