About The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to support our broader People & Culture initiatives. This dynamic position involves coordinating events, training and meetings, managing communications, and providing high-level administrative support across multiple projects and stakeholders.
You will work directly with the Diversity and Inclusion and Teacher Capability teams to organise events, take minutes, collate feedback, assist in reporting and manage logistics such as venue bookings, registrations and catering. You'll be the key coordinator for inclusion events and projects addressing reconciliation, gender equity, LGBTIQA+, anti-racism, disability and neuroinclusion. You will also support teacher development logistics, maintain key registers and trackers, and help coordinate marketing and communications for teacher development. You'll thrive in an environment where you need to manage competing priorities, work autonomously, be responsive, and improve processes.
This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple campuses and teams.

Proven ability to organise and coordinate meetings, events, and logistics
Confidence working autonomously and proactively
Familiarity with Microsoft suite, and a fast-learning mindset
Strong time management and task prioritisation skills
Commitment to supporting D&I and vocational trainer development initiatives and workplace culture
Understanding of budgeting and finance processes (desirable but not essential, if you are open to learning)
A passion for improving processes and enhancing team efficiency
