About The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to support our broader People & Culture initiatives. You will work directly with the Diversity and Inclusion and Teacher Capability teams to organise events, take minutes, collate feedback, assist in reporting and manage logistics such as venue bookings, registrations and catering. You'll be the key coordinator for inclusion events and projects addressing reconciliation, gender equity, LGBTIQA+, anti-racism, disability and neuroinclusion. You will also support teacher development logistics, maintain key registers and trackers, and help coordinate marketing and communications for teacher development. You'll thrive in an environment where you need to manage competing priorities, work autonomously, be responsive, and improve processes.

This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple campuses and teams.

We are excited about you because you have:

Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills

Proven ability to organise and coordinate meetings, events, and logistics

Confidence working autonomously and proactively

Familiarity with Microsoft suite, and a fast-learning mindset

Strong time management and task prioritisation skills

Commitment to supporting D&I and vocational trainer development initiatives and workplace culture

Understanding of budgeting and finance processes (desirable but not essential, if you are open to learning)

A passion for improving processes and enhancing team efficiency

We can offer you:

Attractive work-life balance and flexible work options

Free onsite parking for most campuses

Professional development programs

Fitness Passport Program with exclusive access for you and your family to 230+ locations Australia wide

Counselling support (EAP) and Health & Wellbeing initiatives throughout the year

The opportunity to build a career in a world leading vocational education and training sector, with diverse and emerging career opportunities across Australia.

The Essential Paperwork:

Working with Children Clearance (WWCC)
