We're on the hunt for two (2) stand out Digital Solutions Managers to join webqem, a leading full-service digital agency. This is an ideal opportunity for rising, proactive individuals eager to grow their sales development capabilities.
In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our business by identifying and delivering innovative digital solutions that tackle our clients' most pressing business challenges.
You'll thrive collaborating with diverse teams across sales and marketing, e-commerce, IT, and HR & learning, all while making a tangible impact on our clients' success.
Core Responsibilities
Lead and Pipeline Management
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
Solution Selling
Effectively articulate the value proposition of our core offerings
Website development With a focus on CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Contentful and Webflow.
eCommerce Specialising in platforms such as Adobe Commerce, Magento and Shopify Plus.
Digital marketing focusing on Search, Social, Content and Email marketing with technologies such as dotdigital and Klaviyo,
Hosting and managed services Understanding the various hosting options and recommending appropriate solutions such as Cloud or VPS hosting.
Software solutions We work with many of the leading software solutions in the market, including Adobe, Bynder, Vimeo, Brightcove, Kando LMS and Look at Me DAM.
Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong, long-term connections with our clients and strategic partners to understand their needs, foster loyalty, and drive mutual growth.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and Client interactions within the CRM system. Provide regular sales forecasts at team meetings.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with our solution specialists within our delivery and technical teams to ensure our proposals meet and exceed client expectations.
Industry Knowledge & Learning
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies related to our business. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
