Experience in food, beverage & gaming operations

Knowledge of TAB, Keno & wagering

Current Vic Gaming Licence, RSA, RSG & RSF

Wagering accreditation (a bonus!)

Strong leadership and customer service skills

The role includes:

Running day-to-day venue operations

Leading and mentoring the team

Contributing to marketing and social media

Rostering, stock control, and managing KPIs
