What You’ll Be Doing:

Hunting for new business opportunities across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, and government

Introducing new customers to our fire compliance and maintenance services, growing our market presence

Managing and growing existing client accounts, ensuring strong retention.

Preparing, submitting, and presenting tender documents that win work

Attending tender briefings, client meetings, and site visits to understand client needs and present tailored solutions

Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship management

Building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and converting them into long-term clients

What We’re Looking For:

Proven sales experience in a B2B or service-based industry — fire protection, facilities, or construction sectors highly regarded

Demonstrated success in business development and closing deals

Confident in preparing and presenting commercial proposals and tenders

Strong interpersonal skills — a natural communicator and negotiator

Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure
