As part of their continued growth in Melbourne, they are now seeking a Service Coordinator to join the operations team.

About the Role: As the Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting field operations by coordinating, scheduling and dispatching jobs for Security Technicians. You'll ensure seamless delivery of service and installation works, and be the go-to person for communication between clients, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
Your day-to-day will involve:

• Scheduling service, maintenance and installation jobs across Melbourne
• Liaising with technicians to manage daily workflows and urgent call-outs
• Acting as a communication hub between clients, project teams and suppliers
• Logging service requests and updating job status using simPRO software
• Supporting the operations team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in a Service Coordinator or Scheduling role within a technical industry (e.g. electronic security, fire, electrical, construction or HVAC)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A team-oriented attitude and customer-first mindset
• Familiarity with electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) is desirable but not essential – full training provided
