About the role
GTNT Group is seeking a Mentor Support Officer to join our Apprenticeships Northern Territory team. This role provides vital administrative support to our Mentoring team, helping to ensure apprentices and trainees receive the guidance they need to succeed. What you'll be doing
In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the Mentoring team by:
Providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of daily mentoring activities.
Responding to internal and external queries with professionalism and accuracy.
Maintaining and updating the Mentoring team’s master database.
Assisting with the preparation and submission of both internal and external reports.
Accurately entering Personal Support Plans into relevant systems.
Managing and monitoring the shared mailbox, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Assisting with scheduling and booking consultation appointments when needed.
Supporting the team with the planning and coordination of events and activities as required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
A results driven mindset, motivated by meeting targets and delivering outcomes.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with databases and processing contracts (desirable).
What you’ll need
A current National Police Check and Ochre Card, or the willingness to obtain them prior to appointment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a readiness to learn new systems and technologies.
A current driver’s licence to support occasional field-based activities.
Be eligible to work in Australia as a citizen or permanent resident.
