About the Role

This is not your average sales position. You’ll be joining a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment, working directly with a passionate business owner and leadership team who are hands-on and growth-focused. Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by connecting with Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders across Perth.

Develop and manage a pipeline of referred B2B leads, nurturing them into long-term relationships.

Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and site visits to promote Lifewood’s premium products and close sales.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from sale to delivery and installation.

Track and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to inform strategy.

Contribute to the growth of showroom sales by supporting retail consultants with product knowledge and industry insights when required.

Consistently hit progressive KPIs designed to challenge and elevate your selling skills and impact.
